PROJECTS
Our projects are just a small representation of the vast number of projects that we have been a part of. They certainly range in types; commercial/residential; sizes; scope; design only/construction management; and single focused projects. These projects along with the numerous ones coupled with our design component covers many of the needs of our industry.
Thunder Tower Harley Davidson
Construction management activities from site selection thru equipment and merchandise placed on site. Worked with Owner from site selection, local architect selection, bid process, construction management and placement of equipment and merchandise on site.
Lake Spivey Pool House
Lake Spivey Pool house permit set of construction plans prepared by Pool Designer/Construction. Worked with Owners to coordinate finishes and components utilized in the final construction.
Plans
Worked with customers on the concepts, layout, and space requirements to provide a complete set of Permit/Construction plans. Included, also, a preliminary site layout plan for location and immediate Site Improvements on their 900 plus acre property.
Windows
Provided a conceptual cost proposal from a short site meeting/visit. Adjusted proposal to meet Owner's decision to eliminate windows from non-condition spaces. Total removal/replacement of windows totaled twenty-two (22). Existing trim requiring replacement was included.
Painting of new trim and existing adjacent trim and walls was completed or touched-up.
Kitchen
Remodel of all existing cabinets/countertops/appliances including all related electrical ands plumbing. Design and layout of task lighting and refinishing/patching of existing pine flooring. Provided and installed all cabinetry, countertops, new appliances, plumbing and electrical.
Siding
One construction component, bid and managed sub-contractor in completion of this facet of construction including procurement of all Siding/Cornice/ Exterior Trim materials.
